• Lead complete Plant HR & IR operations
• Handle Industrial Relations & Labour Law Compliance
• Manage Workforce planning & manpower management
• Drive employee engagement and grievance handling
• Implement HR policies, performance management & training initiatives
• Liaise with plant leadership, unions, and corporate HR
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws
• Monitor disciplinary procedures and employee welfare programs
