Job Description

1️⃣ Plant HR Operations

Oversee complete HR operations for the manufacturing plant

Manpower planning, budgeting & workforce optimisation

Recruitment of plant-level employees (staff & workmen)

Attendance, payroll coordination & contract labour management

Performance management system implementation.

2️⃣ Industrial Relations (IR)

Strong experience in Union handling & wage settlements

Managing long-term settlements & statutory negotiations

Handling disciplinary actions & domestic enquiries

Grievance handling and dispute resolution

Maintaining harmonious employee relations on the shop floor

3️⃣ Statutory & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all labour laws & factory regulations

Liaison with Government authorities & Labour Department

Handling audits (Statutory / Internal / Customer compliance)

Monitoring contractor compliance & documentation

4️⃣ HR Development & Engagement

Training & development initiatives for plant employees

Employee engagement & retention strategies

Driving HR policies & organisational culture at the plant level

Safety coordination in line with EHS standards

Candidate Profile

✔ MBA/MSW – HR or equivalent qualification

✔ Minimum 15+ years of experience in Plant HR & IR

✔ Automotive / Engineering industry background preferred

✔ Strong leadership & negotiation skills
